The Lion City International Salon (often referred to as Lion City Photography Salon) is an annual international photography competition and exhibition organized by The Photographic Society of Singapore (PSS), one of the oldest photographic societies in the region. Singapore is nicknamed the 'Lion City,' inspiring the salon's name. It features multiple sections including Color Open, Monochrome Open, Nature General, Photojournalism, Life, and Action (with 6 sections typically). The salon holds FIAP, PSA, GPU, IAAP, and other international patronages, accepting digital entries from photographers worldwide with low entry fees. Accepted works are exhibited (e.g., at Selegie Arts Centre), with awards, medals, and projections. As of 2026, the 11th edition is ongoing or upcoming, continuing a tradition of promoting high-quality contemporary photography.
